This week’s meals are mostly from the freezer; we bought the broccoli, noodles, and chicken on sale last week. The only thing from this week’s meal plan that we bought this weekend were tomato sauce for the curry, green beans, and salad. We still spent a lot of money, because we were hosting coffee hour at church (which turns into a big deal at our church) and were stocking up on pet food and other things.
Monday – Leftover ham from freezer, brown rice, green beans, salad
Tuesday – Crockpot Taco Chicken
Wednesday – Vegetarian Curry with chick peas
Thursday – Asian Broccoli Noodles from cookbook sold as fundraiser by Kentuckiana Childrens Center
Friday – Hamburgers
